Event management company Ashton Media needed a logo for the launch of Australia’s most important customer experience awards. They sought branding that would embody the ultimate accolade in CX excellence and innovation. The logo needed to sit comfortably alongside Ashton’s broad offering. To connect the CX awards to the already existing Customer 360 Forum, I referenced the ribbon design, keeping it simple and refined. The intertwined ‘C’ & ‘X’ emphasise a seamless and integrated customer experience. The gold is used to a create a premium and positive feel.
