An internal campaign for the global J. Walter Thompson network to raise awareness for International Women’s Day. we wanted to shine a light on women – real or imagined – who have inspired us. To highlight that role models matter.  60% of women feel that female achievement has been airbrushed from the history books. Working with a small team we came up with the idea to remember and celebrate a moment when a woman inspired you. 

Our 'That Moment When...' initiative asked J. Walter Thompson employees around the world to salute the women who move us, make us and change us. A small, but powerful personal step in celebrating female achievement. 


Posters were stuck around the offices globally to provoke and motivate staff to think of their own 'moment'.


The postcards I designed were handed out to employees to fill out their own moments they were inspired by a woman. They were stuck in the reception areas of the different offices. Many of the 'moments' were uploaded to the Female Tribes site.
